My friends call me Candy.

My Grandpa calls me Sugar Creek.

I am the owner and broker of Roots Out West, A Real Estate Company.

I created this company after years of working in traditional real estate offices with a very specific mission in mind: to value the well-being of people over quick profits, to help you transaction your real estate journey smoothly, and to roll up my sleeves and laugh together while we work.

Roots Out West is about people. We value the happiness and well-being of our clients and demonstrate this through relationships and knowledge that support a collaborative process.

I understand that it is people who make us successful, and I believe that when my clients feel valued and cared for, transactions go smoother, and we all have a deeper sense of meaning. Home is where you make your life and I value that endlessly.

I believe in the power of your “gut” and promise to do everything I can to help you follow yours. 

I love Wyoming, not just  because of the climate, but the people. We are hearty here in Laramie, and though we sometimes curse the cold and wind, we recognize it as part of our identity. Our summers are beautiful, and we love to jam them with as much hiking, biking, camping, fishing, bad golfing and any other outdoor “ings” you can think of. 

As soon as that summer sun fades, we are ready to curl up by the fire with a warm drink and a great movie. That colder weather also means Wyoming football games. Upon the firing of the first cannon, you’ll surely find us scrambling to stuff a whole tailgate party into our vehicles. But don’t let that stop you from swinging by (if you're wearing brown and gold that is…) you’ll find yourself with hands full of hot chili and a cold beer.  

Laramie is more than a town to me, it is part of my fabric. I hope to help you find the comfort Laramie has given me.
