Candace is extremely knowledgeable and helpful! She was great in coordinating everything as I had already moved across the country when we listed the house for sale. She was also super helpful in getting everything setup for closing ahead of time as I was going to be out of town on the actual date  of closing. She took care of everything that needed to be done in town so I didn't have to make any trips back. The process was extremely easy and smooth.
